Icons settings

Weblium allows you to add icons from the integrated services — Icons8 and Noun Project. You can also upload your own, custom icons in the editor.

Follow the instructions below to see how you can add icons and change their background, color, and size.

Adding icons



Hover over the place in the block where you'd like to add an icon, click on the "plus" and choose Icon in the pop-up menu:



To change the icon, click on it to see a pop-up with the additional options. Press the Change icon button:



In the pop-up menu you can browse through the icons offered by Noun Project and Icons8:



Note: Icons don't have unique numbers or names. We recommend searching for the needed icons by the keywords.

If you want to add a custom icon, navigate to the My icons tab. Click on Upload button and choose the needed file from your device:



Important: Custom icons should be in the SVG format. Max size is 10 KB.

Once you add a new icon, go ahead and customize its appearance — change its size, color, or background.

For that, click on the icon itself and press on the "gear" to access its settings:



In the Style tab you can change the icon's size:



Navigate to the Background tab to set a background for your icons — None, Color, or Image:



Tip: Check the Adding links to elements (click action) article to see how you can set a click action for your icons.

You can also change the color of the icon added from Noun Project or Icons8 gallery. To do that, click on the icon itself and press Icon color and choose the needed color from the pop-up menu:



Don't forget to publish your site for the changes appear live.
